feat: 注册时透传 register_email/referrer 到 payment 服务
在同一 T1 事务内通过 sellersService.getById 读取邮箱与 referrer， 经 Dubbo RpcContext attachment 传给 payment，绕开 payment 跨事务 读不到 sellers 的可见性问题。
